when installed in conjunction with a combination boiler thermaflow cylinders have been designed to boost quantity and flowrate of hot
water available. thermaflow consists of a high grade copper cylinder fitted with a finned heat exchange coil to produce hot water. the hot water outlet from the
thermaflow. working together they produce far more hot water than the combination boiler on its own. a thermostatic blending valve is fitted to the outlet of the
coil to prevent this temperature becomming too high.

features and benefits
The combination boiler can ultilise either an open vented or sealed primary circuit (operating at up to 2.5 bar)
The boiler is coupled directly to the cylinder resulting in exceedingly rapid heating times
Thermaflow units have a double thickness layer of CFC free urethane foam insulation to minimise heat loss. This adds 100mm to the diameters in the table above
A cold water tank is no longer required
Hot water is still available via immersion heater even if the boiler breaks down
